What we do for
Birmingham.
Britain's second city runs on manufacturing, professional services and a public sector the size of a small country. We work on the data and the software sitting underneath all three.
A city that makes things, and keeps the records in spreadsheets.
Birmingham and the Black Country still hold one of the densest manufacturing supply chains in Europe. Firms here often carry thirty years of production, stock and quality data spread across an ageing ERP, a few hundred spreadsheets, and one person who knows where all of it is.
That is the work we like. We inventory it, move it somewhere it can be queried, and leave you with something your own team can maintain. The professional services firms across the city centre have the same problem in a different shape: billable hours, matter data, and client reporting that takes three days a month to assemble by hand.
The work that comes up most in Birmingham.
We do the same four things everywhere: data engineering, migration, AI readiness, and the software on top. What changes is which one a business needs first.
Migration means two different jobs and it is worth saying which. Data migration is production, stock and client records coming off an ageing platform. Website migration is moving a site off Wix, Squarespace or an old host without losing the rankings it already has. We do both, in Birmingham and everywhere else.
Getting off the spreadsheet
The stock report somebody rebuilds every Monday, the quality log living on a shared drive. We move these into a real database with a front end your team can use, and the Monday morning job stops existing.
ERP and production data you can query
Extracting from an ageing ERP without disturbing it, so production, stock and margin figures sit in one place instead of four exports that disagree with each other.
AI readiness, honestly assessed
Most firms asking about AI need their data tidied first. We will tell you which of the two you actually need, and we will say so when it is the cheaper one.
Websites and booking that hold up
For the customer-facing side: a fast site, a booking system that writes to something real, and no monthly fee charged for editing your own text.

We are not going to pretend to a list of Birmingham clients we do not have yet. Aubay is our founding client and the rest of our work is set out on the case studies page as it lands. What we will say is which of the above we have done before, plainly, on the first call.
We work across the UK.

A couple of lines is enough to get an honest answer about whether we are the right people for it. Take half an hour on a call instead if you would rather.
