Terms of use.
These cover using this website. They are not your customer agreement: if you buy something from us, that is a separate one-page document you will see and agree to before you pay anything.

Information, not an offer or advice.
- Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. A price shown here is an indication of what we normally charge, and what you actually pay is what is written in your agreement.
- Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice. It describes what we do and how we do it.
- Where a part of our specification is marked as not yet available, that is a statement of fact about what we can deliver today, and we will not take payment for it until that changes.
- Figures shown in examples are labelled as illustrations. They are not client data and not a forecast of your results.
We do not promise a search ranking, a position in an AI answer, or a number of enquiries. Nobody can control those, and an agency that promises them is describing something it does not decide. What we do commit to is in your agreement.
The ordinary rules.

- The content, design, code and brand are ours, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Do not copy the site wholesale or pass the work off as your own.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it.
- Do not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, or that is somebody else’s personal data you have no right to hand over.
We link to other sites, including our clients’ and our booking and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
What we can and cannot be held to.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this website. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under your customer agreement, and your statutory rights, are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
