Manchester holds one of the strongest digital and media clusters outside London, alongside a very large health, university and public sector base. The pattern we meet most often here is a firm that tripled in size on tooling picked when it was eight people.
Nothing is broken exactly. There are simply six tools that half-talk to each other, a reporting process held together by exports, and nowhere that the real numbers live. We consolidate that without a rip and replace, one system at a time, in an order that keeps you trading throughout.
