What we do for
Leeds.
Financial services, legal, and one of the largest health data estates in the country. All three are governance-heavy, which suits the way we work.
Where the data is sensitive and the paperwork matters.
Leeds carries a serious concentration of banking, insurance and building society back-office work, a large legal sector, and the national bodies that run NHS data. What those have in common is that you cannot move quickly by being careless.
We are comfortable there. Inventory first, a scored migration order, documented transformations, and a clear answer to who can see what. The controls are part of the build rather than a review at the end of it.
The work that comes up most in Leeds.
We do the same four things everywhere: data engineering, migration, AI readiness, and the software on top. What changes is which one a business needs first.
Migration means two different jobs and it is worth saying which. Data migration is production, stock and client records coming off an ageing platform. Website migration is moving a site off Wix, Squarespace or an old host without losing the rankings it already has. We do both, in Leeds and everywhere else.
Migration with a defensible order
Every workload scored on criticality, complexity, dependencies and regulatory risk, so the sequence is transparent rather than a matter of opinion.
Health and financial data handling
Residency, retention, access control and deletion designed in from the start. Nothing sensitive lands somewhere your governance would not allow it to.
Reporting for regulated teams
Numbers that reconcile, with a documented path back to source for the moment somebody asks where a figure came from.
Software your team can answer for
Plain code, documentation written in plain language, and no quiet dependency on us once it is live.

We are not going to pretend to a list of Leeds clients we do not have yet. Aubay is our founding client and the rest of our work is set out on the case studies page as it lands. What we will say is which of the above we have done before, plainly, on the first call.
We work across the UK.
Tell us what is not working.
A couple of lines is enough to get an honest answer about whether we are the right people for it. Take half an hour on a call instead if you would rather.
