Presence

Your website, built properly. First version inside 24 hours.

A complete, modern site for your business, written around what you actually do, built to load fast on a phone, and set up so the places people search can read it. Your own page to see it, pay it and change it from. Changes done for you in the week you ask. £249 to start, then £49 a month, and if it is not right you get the £249 back. Five questions below and we are away.

1

Tell us five things. The form below, two minutes on a phone.

2

We check your public record and reply within one working day with what we found, what we will build, the full price of £249 now and £49 a month from month two, and one payment link. No surprises at the end.

3

You pay by bank, through GoCardless. One link sets up the £249 and the Direct Debit together. They are FCA regulated, they hold your bank details, we never see them. Then the clock starts: first version inside 24 hours. If the queue means we cannot keep that, we tell you before you pay, never after.

4

You tell us what is wrong and we fix it. Changes are part of the monthly, from day one.

5

Not right? Money back. Fourteen days to cancel, the £249 refunded in full, no monthly ever taken. That is the law on distance sales, and it is also just the deal.

Everything you get

Not a feature list. This is what actually arrives for £249 and £49 a month, in the order you meet it.

The site
  • A complete site written around what you actually do, with your real services and your real prices. Nothing invented to fill a gap.
  • Design and illustration done for you. We do not wait on your photographs and we do not publish bad ones. Send us good ones and we will use them.
  • Built to load fast on a phone, which is where most of your customers will see it.
  • A contact form that reaches you, tested before you go live rather than after.
  • Your domain registered in your name and paid a year up front, with hosting and the security certificate included.
  • Every fact on it confirmed with you first. We never guess.
Being found
  • Your details written in the structured form search engines and AI assistants read, rather than left as text they have to interpret.
  • The same details made consistent across the places you already appear, so nothing contradicts anything else.
  • Submitted to the databases those assistants draw on.
  • Sitemap, canonical tags and social preview cards, all in place on the day you go live.
  • Done once, properly, as part of getting you live. It sits in the £249 because that work finishes.

What we will not do is promise you a ranking. Nobody can, and anyone who does is telling you something they cannot know.

Your portal
  • Sign in with a link sent to your email. No password, ever, and nothing to remember.
  • Your site, your plan, your amount and your billing status, on one screen.
  • Request a change in your own words, with photos, a logo or a PDF attached.
  • Your last twenty requests and where each one got to, so you are never left wondering whether we saw it.
  • Cancel yourself. It really cancels the Direct Debit, at the bank, the moment you press it.
Looked after
  • Changes done for you, in the week you ask. The line is drawn below.
  • Your domain kept renewed, so it cannot lapse while you are busy.
  • A person who answers, by email or through the portal.
  • Cancel any time. Fourteen days for a full refund of the £249, and no monthly ever taken if you do.

The portal, in plain terms

Most small business websites are built by somebody who then becomes hard to reach. You email, you wait, you email again, and eventually you stop asking for changes because asking is the annoying part. That is how a site goes stale while somebody is still being paid to look after it.

So there is one page that is yours. You reach it from a link we send to your email, and it opens. There is no account to create, no password to set and nothing to install, because a password field is just one more reason not to bother.

On it you can see your site, see exactly what you are paying and when, send us a change with the photos attached, and read back every request you have made and what happened to it. If you want to stop, the button that stops it is on the same page as everything else, and it cancels the Direct Debit at your bank rather than sending us a message asking us to.

Cancel sits next to everything else on purpose. A cancel button you have to hunt for belongs to a business that has decided keeping you is easier than pleasing you.

Changes, and how fast

Changing what is on your site is included and we do not count it. Here is where the line sits, said now rather than the first time you ask.

✦

Included, done within the week

New prices. New photos. Changed opening hours. A different offer on the homepage. A service you have stopped offering. A new member of staff. A phone number, an email address, a bank holiday. Send it over and it is done, normally the same week and often the same day.

✦

Quoted first, never billed after

Extra pages, a booking system, an online shop, a members area: those are builds rather than edits, so we price them before we start. We will always tell you which of the two your request is, first, and you are free to say no. Your £49 does not move either way.

There is a line at all because £49 is a real number with real costs behind it, and unlimited building at that price ends with us quietly getting slower instead of saying so. We would rather draw it in daylight.

What it costs

✦

Presence: £249 to start, then £49/month

The £249 covers your first month, your domain registered in your name and paid a year up front, going live, and the findability work above. The £49 covers hosting, the domain kept renewed, changes to your site done for you, your portal, and a human who answers. Cancel any time.

✦

Reviews: add £79/month

After a job you put a first name and a mobile number in, and one text goes out from you asking for a Google review. No rating gate, nothing offered in exchange, and an opt-out in every message. 500 texts a month included, no setup fee. Reviews are the biggest thing you control that moves where you show up on the map, and the hard part is remembering to ask.

Two numbers and no third one. There is no setup fee waiting at the end, no charge for going live, no bill for the changes, and no price that goes up once you are settled in.

What you are not paying for

You are not paying for a booking system you will never use. Plenty of packages at this price bundle one, and a plumber does not need a calendar with slots in it. If you do want booking, or a shop, or a menu with allergen information on it, those are real jobs and we quote them as real jobs rather than folding them into a monthly and hoping.

You are not locked in either. The domain is registered to you on the first day, not to us. If you leave you take the address with you, and we help you move it. We hold the keys; you own the door.

And you are not buying a ranking. We do the findability work properly and we show you what we did. Where you come out is not ours to promise, so we do not promise it.

Where this fits

Presence is the first of seven parts we specify. It is the foundation, and it is deliberately first: everything else works by corroborating what your site says, so if the site is thin or unreadable there is nothing for the rest to point at. The next part, your Google Business Profile, is included in the build above.

Four of the seven we do not sell yet, and the specification says so on each one rather than quietly leaving them off. You are welcome to read the whole thing, including the parts that are not ready and why.

Tell us about your business

The more you give us the less we have to guess, and we never guess. Leave anything you are unsure of blank; we will check it or ask. Would rather talk? Book a free 30-minute call.

That is everything. Hours, photos, reviews and credentials are mostly public already, so we look those up ourselves and confirm every one of them with you before anything is published. We never guess.

Nothing is taken now. We reply within one working day with what we found and the full price, and nothing starts until you have paid and said go. Fourteen days to cancel for a full refund after that.
